Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to understand position requirements and support execution of hiring plans.
Manage a portion of the full recruitment lifecycle for select entry to mid-level roles under guidance.
Develop candidate pipelines through job postings, database searches, referrals, social media sourcing, and proactive outreach.
Conduct initial resume screening and recruiter phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and alignment.
Coordinate interviews, collect structured feedback, and ensure timely communication between candidates and stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and process transparency.
Support offer preparation, approvals, and Workday/ATS updates in alignment with internal processes.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation.
Assist in employer branding initiatives including job fairs, campus engagement, and social media outreach when required.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, diversity guidelines, and fair hiring practices.

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition coordination
Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
