About this role
Role Overview
- Assist in conducting funnel and user behavior analyses to identify optimization opportunities
- Support the development of hypotheses based on data insights, research, and industry best practices
- Help design test plans and coordinate the execution of A/B and multivariate experiments
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement and QA test variations
- Analyze experiment results using statistical methods and contribute to documenting insights
- Maintain accurate records of tests and outcomes to support cross-team knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience (internship, freelance, or entry-level role) in CRO, digital marketing, data analysis, or UI/UX
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and digital analytics
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Foundational understanding of UI/UX principles with the ability to create mockups that align with brand standards
- Nice to have: Experience with CRO platforms like Growthbook, VWO, or Optimizely; Basic design skills using Figma, Adobe XD, Lovable, V0; Previous experience working remotely or within cross-functional teams; Interest in subscription-based business models
