Conduct compensation analyses, including job evaluation, salary adjustments, structuring pay ranges, and competitiveness studies;
Perform salary surveys, interpret market reports and propose recommendations based on benchmarks;
Provide support and consulting to focal points in corporate and educational units, ensuring alignment with compensation policies and guidelines;
Assist in reviewing and updating organizational and job structures, ensuring coherence and standardization across areas and units;
Prepare and monitor KPIs, reports and dashboards for the Compensation & Benefits area;
Contribute to the execution of strategic projects such as policy reviews, recognition programs, equity analyses and annual cycles (merit, bonus, promotion);
Support compensation governance processes, ensuring data quality and adherence to internal controls;
Collaborate with internal teams such as HR Business Partners (HRBP), Payroll, People Development (DHO) and Legal when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Psychology or related fields;
Solid knowledge of: evaluation methodologies, job descriptions, structuring pay ranges, fixed and variable compensation packages, comparative analyses and competitiveness studies;
