Role Overview
- Client interface & relationship management: Central point of contact between internal departments and clients; maintain long-term client relationships
- Needs analysis & customer satisfaction: Identify individual needs and ensure satisfaction
- Information & communication management: Keep clients continuously informed about new benefits
- Product development & innovation: Further develop the existing benefits portfolio and implement innovative incentive models
- Strategic consulting & systems analysis: Provide strategic advice to clients and develop future-proof solutions to increase employee satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Empathy, a confident demeanor, and assertiveness
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Clear, persuasive communication skills in one-on-one interactions and in front of groups
- Self-reliant, solution-oriented, and structured working style
- High level of organizational talent and solid commercial/business expertise
- Business-fluent German and English
- Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
