About this role
Role Overview
Comprehensive consulting for employers on employee and corporate events — from the initial inquiry to final execution
Developing tailored event concepts and proposals
Conducting sales negotiations and managing the process through to contract signing
Professional customer support via phone, email and digital channels; building long-term client relationships
Actively sourcing new event locations and partners, maintaining existing contacts and continuously expanding the network
Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style in a remote setting; participation in onboarding in Munich, at Steinsee and on Fuerteventura
Requirements
Strong sales aptitude and proven experience in sales
Relevant professional experience in the tourism, hotel or events sector, or in a comparable commercial or sales-related role
Strong commercial acumen with experience in proposal costing and contract finalization
Experience in proactive client development and regular use of CRM and ERP systems
Independent, organized and self-motivated working style, working remotely from the Canary Islands
Open, professional and service-oriented manner
Excellent written and spoken German and English
