Work with our current Partnership Manager to scale the program into new regions.
Act as a dedicated point of contact for partners and prospects.
Create partnership proposals and strategies to approach potential partners.
Identify new potential partnership opportunities and act on them.
Assess potential partners' alignment with our organizational goals and values.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and the community.
Manage the operational partnership process, including finalizing agreements and contracts.
Requirements
At least 3 years of previous experience as a partnership manager, relationship manager, business development manager, account manager, or similar role.
Understanding of the open-source community and underlying values.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
Excellent at building rapport.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Availability to travel internationally when necessary.
