Analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow);
Review corporate documentation;
Enter information into internal systems;
Consult publicly available information to supplement analyses;
Check credit bureaus (Serasa);
Complete credit spreadsheets and the company’s internal scoring model;
Prepare credit opinions, recommending limits based on financial indicators, leverage and profitability;
Attend roadshows and meetings with brokers and policyholders/clients;
Support senior analysts in preparing advanced analyses;
Participate in credit committees;
Ensure compliance with the area’s established SLAs;
Support internal departments such as Legal, Onboarding/Registration, Sales, Compliance and Underwriting;
Propose collateral and guarantees (term deposits, real estate, shareholder guarantees, etc.);

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
Analytical and detail-oriented professional who looks beyond the numbers and understands the impact of decisions;
Experience working with Surety Insurance (Seguro Garantia);
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of financial statement analysis and reading financial reports;
Understanding of corporate documentation;
Proficiency in Excel and the Office suite to support day-to-day analyses;
Knowledge of real collateral and surety guarantees;
