About this role
Role Overview
- Processing and coding transactions related to complex policy changes (conversions, additions, reductions) in our information systems;
- Responding to reinsurers’ inquiries and participating in audit processes;
- Working closely with the team to meet processing deadlines;
- Supporting contract administration and claims teams by responding to information requests;
- Suggesting improvements to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Currently a CEGEP student or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in administration, insurance and financial services, or a related field
- Recognized for their rigor and attention to detail
- Effective stress and priority management
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
