Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Change Management and Configuration Management processes, while identifying additional cost-effective activities
Coordinate administration activities across Engineering within the Space Business Unit
Maintain and coordinate Engineering Change activities, while supporting change through the Engineering Lifecycle
Hold regular meetings with the Engineering Leadership and Growth teams to provide updates on current tasking performance and to coordinate future work
Recognise trends and identifying single points of failure, recommending and implementing improvements where applicable
Requirements
Demonstrable stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including SharePoint Management
Demonstrable experience of process implementation and commercial awareness
Demonstrable knowledge of Project Management or Project Controls (e.g. APM PMQ or ITIL)
Familiarity with relevant engineering and configuration management tools would be beneficial.
