Review and release requisitions and purchase orders for compliance against policy and service levels across multiple business units.
Manage open order books, resolving GR/NI and invoice queries to keep commitments accurate and up to date.
Source and purchase IT hardware and peripherals for UK and international sites, ensuring value, quality and on‑time delivery.
Run the Remedy sourcing queue and manage shared Procurement mailboxes to triage and progress requests efficiently.
Build supplier relationships in Coupa/SAP and partner with internal stakeholders to remove blockers and improve the R2P experience.

Experience working within requisition‑to‑pay/purchase‑to‑pay processes in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong skills in Excel, databases and business systems (ideally Remedy, Coupa and SAP).
Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets with accuracy.
Confidence handling high volumes and switching between multiple priorities.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
