Execute and continuously improve P2P processes to hit operational targets
Organize operational reviews (e.g., KPI dashboards, targets, compliance), including business reviews with stakeholders
Be the escalation point for supplier issues; lead active supply chain risk management and mitigation
Achieve targets across supplier delivery, supplier quality, raw material inventory, and invoice management
Manage contract implementation within the site, including relevant transfers of work/products
Be accountable for the delivery of supply chain change programs within the BL scope
Interface with BLs across programs and bids throughout the lifecycle
Work closely with Commodity teams to flow down BL/program requirements and ensure supply solutions meet targets
Proactively identify and lead change opportunities to improve business performance
Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
7+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, with 2+ years in a leadership/management role
Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
Good understanding of the aerospace industry and associated contracting requirements – preferably defense – and awareness of commercial trends would be strongly preferred
Strong negotiation skills, ability to influence suppliers to deliver on time and overcome challenges that impact production and productivity
Proven ability to lead supplier quality improvements and development against scorecards
Strong relationship-building skills across the supply chain and within cross-functional teams
Ambitious, customer
and results-focused, honed communication skills and environmental awareness
Background in process development and implementation
Experience in an international supplier base
Experience in leading major supply-side change programs or NPI projects
Demonstrated ability to build supplier network relationships and understand supplier processes
Track record of building performance excellence organizations and leading cross-functional teams
Fluency in English (speaking and reading)
Flexibility to travel on a need by basis
