You are enrolled at a university, ideally with a background in business, languages, or service-related studies
Some practical experience in customer service is an advantage, ideally in the dietary supplements sector
You are linguistically confident and communicate fluently in German and English
Additional languages such as French, Italian, and/or Spanish are a strong plus
Initial experience with Salesforce (especially Service Cloud) is desirable but not required
You have a strong service orientation and a friendly, professional writing style
Empathy, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of customer contact characterize you
You work in a structured and organized way and remain calm under higher workloads
Team spirit, initiative, and a desire to actively help shape things complete your profile
You have flexible availability and can support us, particularly on weekends
