Responsible for shaping financial strategy through high‑quality insight, robust planning and forward‑looking analysis
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning
Deliver high‑quality insight and performance reporting to the Board and Executive Committee
Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive team, providing commercial analysis, scenario modelling and investment appraisal
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A systems, reporting and automation
Initially operate as a senior individual contributor with scope to build and lead a high‑performing FP&A team
Provide targeted insight across all areas of the organisation

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA)
Proven experience in senior FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering roles
Strong financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis skills
Experience producing high-quality management and Board-level reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to support and challenge at all levels
Strong Excel skills and a clear understanding of best practice in financial planning and reporting
Experience within financial services (desirable)
Prior experience building or leading FP&A teams (desirable)
