Manage and deliver business development and marketing plans for Insurance and Professional Services
Report into the Insurance Senior Business Development Manager
Identify opportunities and coordinate with senior stakeholders
Engage with clients and targets for marketing and communications
Execute tactics in marketing plans and campaigns
Use analytics to identify and track leads
Undertake analysis of internal and external data sources
Support legal directories process and client insight activities
Lead pitches of strategic importance
Prepare internal and external source research and marketing assets
Conduct retention reviews and ensure metrics from client interviews are recorded
Ensure data integrity and use BD technology effectively

Ideally an experienced Manager or Senior Executive
Proven experience in the Business Development function of a professional services organisation
Partnership and/or legal experience an advantage
Proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to complete work to a high standard
Flexible attitude to work and delivery
Well organised and able to juggle multiple tasks with differing deadlines
Inquisitive about business, economic, political, and social issues prevalent within the UK, Europe, and internationally
Knowledge of MS Office packages and CRM systems an advantage
