About this role
Role Overview
Support the HR Coordinator with onboarding and employee lifecycle transactions
Initiate and monitor background checks, reference checks, and medical checks
Collect, verify, and file new hire documents in Workday for localized and non-localized hires
Share new hire details with CRES and IT for setup
Send welcome emails and support onboarding coordination
Maintain the New Hire Tracker and ensure accurate completion of Workday tasks
Assist in coordinating leaves of absence
Provide operational support for employee offboarding activities
Ensure accurate processing of employee changes, leaves, and offboarding actions
Run Workday reports for stakeholders and audits while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of HR operations or HR shared services experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and commitment to compliance.
