Supports the HR department in delivering HR programs, services, and solutions to the team
Coordinates with HR Generalists and Director in various HR areas which may include new hire onboarding and equipment set up, employee engagement, benefits administration, reports, safety compliance and monitoring, performance and talent management programs
Assist with projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience
Help resolve employee issues
Assists in all administrative aspects of HR projects and assignments
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Help coordinate and execute employee social gatherings
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
2+ years of related experience
Working towards PHR-CA or SHRM-CP
Basic understanding of State & Federal Employment Laws
ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to communicate successfully across business units

Must be detail-oriented with very strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience handling confidential information
