You will assume disciplinary and functional leadership and build a team responsible for target-group-specific market development for Partner and Key Account Management.
The focus is on corporate clients and the associated payment product line.
Together with your team, you will identify and own the future requirements of the respective target groups from Key Account and Partner Management and translate these into target-group-specific product bundles.
You will assess the performance of our partners and customers, set sales targets and be responsible for market success and the contribution to results in these sales channels.
Budget planning and documentation of target achievement are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in direct or indirect sales at a financial services provider in the payments sector (NSP, PSP, acquirer, etc.)
Initial leadership experience in cross-functional organizations
Practical experience with agile methodologies and ways of working, strong conceptual thinking and assertiveness
