Document business rules and technical requirements clearly, concisely, and with version control

Support the Product Owner and Agile team in backlog prioritization and refinement

Degree in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Solid experience in systems development and maintenance/support projects
Elicitation and specification of functional and non-functional requirements
Preparation of artifacts such as use cases, process flows, Functional and Technical Specifications
Support to Development and QA teams (pre
and post-delivery)
Ability to perform root cause analysis of production incidents
Familiarity with system integration (REST APIs, Webhooks, messaging)
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps for managing functional and technical backlog
Experience with BPMN tools (Bizagi, Draw.io, Signavio or similar)
Technical ability to read and review code (PHP, C#, JavaScript or TypeScript)
Understanding of software architecture concepts (MVC, Microservices, DDD, Clean Architecture)
Experience supporting critical systems (Level 2 or 3)
Knowledge of functional testing, acceptance testing and assisted user acceptance testing (UAT)
