About this role

Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows using n8n
Create and maintain scripts and integrations in Python
Develop and maintain RPA bots (web scraping, automation of repetitive tasks, system integrations)
Map internal processes and identify automation opportunities
Integrate APIs (REST, SOAP) and internal/external systems
Ensure technical documentation for developed automations
Monitor performance, failures, and continuous improvements of workflows
Work closely with business areas to gather requirements
Ensure security and governance of automations

Proven experience as an Automation Developer, RPA Developer, or similar (mid-level)
Hands-on experience with n8n
Experience developing with Python
Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar)
Knowledge of consuming and creating APIs
Experience integrating systems (ERP, CRM, internal systems)
Familiarity with version control (Git)
Ability to analyze and structure processes
