Execute assigned tasks using Workday methodologies, tools, and templates under guidance from senior team members
Contribute to project deliverables, taking ownership for accuracy, quality, and timely completion
Track assigned work and proactively escalate risks, issues, or dependencies
Participate in client workshops, design sessions, and working meetings
Support activities such as requirements validation, change impact documentation, communications, training preparation, and readiness efforts
Demonstrate core consulting skills, including professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Build foundational client relationship skills through day-to-day interactions and delivery support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Early-career consulting or project experience (e.g., consulting, HR, Finance, IT, operations, or transformation roles)
Exposure to Workday through participation in an implementation, optimization, or post‑go‑live support effort (either as a consultant or client team member)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
