Act as the main link between business, technology and compliance teams, defining priorities, scope and the development of banking products and solutions.
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features according to business value and regulatory requirements.
Lead communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency in delivering value.
Work with development teams to design efficient solutions, taking technical and regulatory aspects into account.
Apply and champion agile methodologies, promoting efficient, high-quality product management.
Be familiar with process automation tools, especially Camunda and Jira, for workflow and regulatory process management.
Possess technical and business knowledge of the Matera core banking system, contributing to integration and improvements of central banking systems.
Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and financial sector requirements.

Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in banks or financial institutions.
Strong knowledge of banking regulatory projects and compliance.
Experience with Camunda or other BPMN process automation platforms.
In-depth knowledge of the Matera core banking system.
Strong understanding of banking processes, products and systems, with focus on regulations such as BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank), open banking, PIX, among others.
Analytical profile with excellence in backlog management, prioritization and stakeholder communication.
Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, or similar) are a plus.
