Ensure full visibility and transparency of the real status of projects, acting as the guardian of the squads’ up-to-date snapshot through accurate data and management tools.
Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Review and Retrospective, ensuring the process is followed with discipline, focus on objectives and quality.
Ensure correct updating of boards and workflows in Jira, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency of information at all levels, from epics to tasks and subtasks.
Track and manage continuous task updates by the squads, monitoring the status of work items to ensure nothing is left idle, unupdated or outside the expected flow.
Support the team in organizing, detailing and prioritizing the operational backlog, ensuring the team has complete clarity on what needs to be executed.
Work on the front line to identify, mitigate and escalate technical or administrative blockers that impact team productivity, serving as the main facilitator for delivery progress.
Ensure full traceability of work items, including opening and following up on internal tickets to make sure external dependencies are resolved within deadlines.
Monitor time entries and operational performance metrics for the squads, aiming to identify bottlenecks in the delivery flow and promote continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Experience working with multidisciplinary squads.
Practical experience in hybrid environments (traditional/waterfall + agile).
Experience with Scrum and Kanban.
Strong command of Jira, primarily working with creation of complex queries using JQL (advanced filters) and configuration of custom metrics dashboards that ensure visibility and accurate reporting of squad indicators.
Knowledge of agile metrics.
Process-oriented and disciplined, with a facilitative profile able to guide people without losing focus on method execution.
Ability to identify impediments and act to resolve or escalate them.
Interpersonal communication skills to negotiate deadlines, resolve internal issues and report project status clearly to different organizational levels.
Analytical capability to interpret performance indicators and turn data into practical actions to improve operational efficiency.
