About this role
Role Overview
Prepare ID badges and manage access control during onboarding
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation and recordkeeping)
Enter and update employee information in the payroll system
Monitor and reconcile electronic time records, time bank (banked hours), and overtime
Issue and organize employment documents (contracts, notices, receipts, certificates, etc.)
Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations (transportation allowance, meal/food vouchers, health insurance, etc.)
Provide employee support to clarify labor-related inquiries
Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital HR files
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Accounting, or Economics
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
