Supporting team members (contacting suppliers and obtaining quotes, booking hotels/rooms/auditoriums, organizing materials and preparing for meetings or events
sending invitations, confirming attendance, arranging coffee breaks, preparing and issuing certificates, updating materials used by coordinators in trainings);
Supporting franchisees (managing report submissions, monitoring delivery of educational materials to units, sending materials by mail, monitoring royalty payments, encouraging and controlling purchases of campaign materials, providing training and support for administrative questions);
General organization (managing folders and files in the online environment, monitoring deadlines for completion of developed content, updating training materials);
Supporting content development (video editing, slide design and layout, creating templates and presentations);
Keeping records updated for the activities performed and acting proactively to ensure measures are taken in advance;
Requirements
High school diploma (college degree completed or in progress is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Comfortable using social media and general technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
Problem-solving focus.
Must reside in Belo Horizonte, MG.
