About this role
Role Overview
Technical consulting, cost-effectiveness analysis and optimization of ergonomics-related tasks at the end user's site
Solving complex technical problems in collaboration with Technical Customer Advisors or the PFERDTOOL mobile unit
Support, assortment management and technical assistance for our distribution partners and direct customers
Territory development through active market cultivation and new customer acquisition
Conducting cost-effectiveness and business process analyses within the sales environment
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial vocational training; ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical sales or qualification as a master craftsman/technician
Strong knowledge in the use of cutting tools for metalworking is required (milling / drilling / threading)
Pronounced technical understanding and the ability to assess and adapt to customer-specific requirements
Strong customer and service orientation, with willingness to travel
Self-motivation, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
