Role Overview
- Supporting the daily operations of multi‑state and multi‑country payroll systems
- Managing North America payroll projects and programs
- Leading process and system enhancements
- Identifying and resolving payroll issues
- Performing payroll and benefits reconciliations
- Overseeing all payroll-related accruals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- Minimum of five years of relevant payroll processing experience in a medium‑sized organization (500+ employees)
- In lieu of a degree, ten years of progressive, hands-on payroll processing experience is required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
