Lead the analytical strategy, measurement frameworks, and insight generation
Serve as the senior analytics leader partnering with Channel Marketing executives
Translate complex channel performance data into actionable insights
Own measurement frameworks including attribution, incrementality, causal inference, and experimentation
Lead analytics informing targeting, bidding strategies, creative performance, spend allocation, and engagement patterns
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts

10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, digital analytics, or data-driven growth roles
Strong understanding of the modern data and mar-tech landscape
Proven ability to design and operationalize advanced measurement systems
Deep experience partnering with channel marketing leaders
Hands-on experience with modern marketing and data ecosystems
Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing analytics teams
Strong executive-facing communication and influence skills
