Challenge assumptions and frame hypotheses
Deliver compelling, executive-ready narratives
Own measurement frameworks including attribution, incrementality, causal inference, and experimentation
Lead analytics informing targeting, bidding strategies, creative performance, spend allocation, and engagement patterns
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts
Apply AI/ML techniques to identify new optimization levers

10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, digital analytics, or data-driven growth roles
Strong understanding of the modern data and mar-tech landscape
Proven ability to design and operationalize advanced measurement systems
Deep experience partnering with channel marketing leaders
Hands-on experience with modern marketing and data ecosystems
Strong executive-facing communication and influence skills
