Support Accounts Receivable management, actively working to reduce delinquency and monitor the network's critical stores.
Perform daily collections with franchisees.
Make initial contact with units/accounts that are overdue.
Monitor and manage the accounts receivable portfolio.
Support franchisees with questions related to invoicing and outstanding receivables.
Prepare and update delinquency and critical-stores reports.
Monitor financial indicators and propose improvement actions.
Keep controls organized and up to date, ensuring clarity of information.

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
Previous experience in finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience with the Debex ERP is a plus.
Organized, committed, results-oriented, with strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
