Support the management of reimbursements related to corporate cards, travel, lodging, meals, and tolls;
Verify receipts and supporting documents;
Ensure that requests comply with internal policies;
Route payment requests through the correct process flow;
Assist employees with questions and clarification requests;
Contribute to the organization and improvement of the reimbursement process.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
Experience with and knowledge of the SAP system;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Administrative experience will be considered a plus.
