About this role
Role Overview
Manage the full sales cycle: from active prospecting to closing.
Work with a focus on goals, metrics, and predictable results.
Lead strategic meetings, identify client pain points, and propose targeted solutions.
Maintain and use the CRM to ensure tracking and follow-up of opportunities.
Take a leading role in developing the commercial area, contributing ideas and continuous improvements.
Requirements
Previous experience in Inside Sales (B2B or B2C) covering all stages of the sales funnel.
Knowledge of negotiation techniques and consultative selling.
Experience with CRM and prospecting tools is a plus.
Ability to monitor and analyze commercial KPIs.
Prior experience in the education sector/teaching area is a plus.
