About this role
Role Overview
Provide excellent customer service support to Lithuanian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
Effectively respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a warm and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
Document customer communications accurately in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and enhance customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services.
Requirements
Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
Able to thrive in a lively, multicultural environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new software.
Excited about the opportunity to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
In possession of an EU passport.
