You'll be a senior creative force shaping experiences across client engagements and internal concept work.
This isn't a pure UX/UI role -
you'll move fluidly between experience design, visual craft, and creative concepting.
One week you might be designing interaction systems for a connected retail environment; the next, developing visual direction for an immersive brand activation or crafting storyboards that sell a big idea to a client.
You'll work closely with strategy, creative technology, and engineering to translate ambitious concepts into intuitive, visually compelling experiences -
across mobile apps, spatial interfaces, installations, and connected systems.
Requirements
6--10+ years in design roles spanning UI, visual design, and experience design -
ideally within a creative agency, digital product studio, or experiential environment.
A portfolio that shows range -
interaction thinking and systems-level design alongside strong visual craft. Experience designing for complex or non-traditional interfaces beyond standard marketing websites.
Familiarity with experiential design, interactive installations, or connected-device ecosystems strongly preferred.
Advanced Figma proficiency for UI design, prototyping, and design system management.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for supporting production needs.
Strong visual design sensibility -
a sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and composition, with deep care for the details.
Clear communication -
Ability to concept and art-direct, not just design screens. You articulate design rationale with conviction to internal teams and client stakeholders. Comfort with ambiguity -
you thrive in fast-moving environments where the brief is evolving, and you're helping define the solution.
AI-curious -
you're already weaving AI tools into your everyday design process, whether for ideation, visual exploration, prototyping, or production. You see them as a creative accelerant, and you're genuinely curious about where they're headed.
