Role Overview
- Supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing operations of Cook’s MDM solutions
- Gathering requirements, designing and implementing system improvements, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Identifying opportunities to enhance MDM solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system enhancements to improve data quality and integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IS or related field; or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Writing, Software Testing, Systems Development and/or Process Improvement
- MDM (Master Data Management) experience
- Knowledge of SDLC, web technologies, JBASE, mobile technologies, relational databases, Agile vs Waterfall software development methodologies is preferred
