NetSuite is a leading provider of cloud-based business management software, and they are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to assist with the transformation of its Quote to Cash processes. The role involves gathering requirements, testing, and managing relationships with stakeholders while acting as a liaison between stakeholders and developers.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating business processes, as well as anticipating, and capitalizing on improvement opportunities
- Creatively use AI or rule-based automation to raise productivity, contribute to cost savings and top live revenue growth
- Ensuring project team meets timelines and intended scope
- Performing requirements gathering for projects, enhancements and issues
- Conducting meetings, presentations, and ongoing reviews of projects updates
- Communicating shared understanding of the problem, the possible solutions
- Conducting basic testing of user stories ensuring they adhere to the acceptance criteria and/or collaborate with the Quality Assurance team as needed
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in business analysis or a related field
- Experience of working on Quote to Cash process improvements and transformation initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Agile and workings of a product-oriented model
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Able to facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers
- Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder analysis, and risk identification and mitigation
- Ability to proactively contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for and ability to understand customer needs
- Ability work with globally distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or any related field
- Experience implementing NetSuite ERP, CRM or any other IT solution
- Experience in CRM and/or ERP implementation specifically Quote to Cash transformation
- Solid understanding of SaaS buyer journey and customer lifecycle
- Exposure to AI tools and technologies
