Keep the process portfolio up to date
Identify automation opportunities
Propose key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure processes and the success of project deliverables
Develop and manage Action Plans.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields
Solid experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
Process Management and BPMN notation
Business process modeling and mapping, including experience with Bizagi
Lean Office, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement practices
Structuring action plans using 5W2H applied to the PDCA cycle
Development and analysis of PPIs and KPIs
Strong knowledge of Value Chain and Process Governance
Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint
Application of Design Thinking
Nice-to-have skills: Power BI, Project Management, BSC methodology (Balanced Scorecard), Agile methods, Data Analysis, RPA, Artificial Intelligence and structuring business rules
Certifications considered a plus: CBPA / CBPP, ITIL, HCMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
