Build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn with a lead-gen focus
Lead creative and post-click strategy (landing pages, funnels, lead magnets) in collaboration with our in-house team
Write and test ad copy with AI support and our in-house copywriter
Continuously test and optimize targeting, creative, copy, budgets, and account structure to reach KPIs and scale campaigns
Partner with the Account Manager to retain and grow accounts through reporting and strategic recommendations
Implement pixels and conversion tracking in line with best practices
Requirements
3+ years of experience building and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns are mandatory
3+ years of experience building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns are mandatory
3+ years of experience building campaigns focused on lead generation are mandatory
Experience with Google Ad Grants, Google Tag Manager, Unbounce or ClickFunnels is highly preferred.
Basic video-editing skills are highly preferred.
