About this role
Role Overview
- Build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn with a lead-gen focus
- Lead creative and post-click strategy (landing pages, funnels, lead magnets) in collaboration with our in-house team
- Write and test ad copy with AI support and our in-house copywriter
- Continuously test and optimize targeting, creative, copy, budgets, and account structure to reach KPIs and scale campaigns
- Partner with the Account Manager to retain and grow accounts through reporting and strategic recommendations
- Implement pixels and conversion tracking in line with best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns are mandatory
- 3+ years of experience building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns are mandatory
- 3+ years of experience building campaigns focused on lead generation are mandatory
- Experience with Google Ad Grants, Google Tag Manager, Unbounce or ClickFunnels is highly preferred.
- Basic video-editing skills are highly preferred.
