Strong senior frontend engineering skills: hands-on experience with modern web frameworks such as React, strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
Experience leading small, customer-focused engineering teams
Comfort operating as a technical authority in your domain and making architectural decisions with autonomy
Experience building complex, data-rich interfaces (configuration systems, stateful workflows, settings experiences, etc.)
Pragmatic decision-making and strong problem-solving abilities
