Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role within a technology organization.
Proven experience managing complex SaaS engineering programs from inception to delivery.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong familiarity with Scrum or Agile frameworks is a must.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement only the most necessary process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
