About this role
Role Overview
- Provide specialized support to customers using our management software for pharmaceutical retail.
- Deliver Tier 2 (L2) technical support to customers, focusing on tax-related issues.
- Analyze, correct and advise on taxations, fiscal rules and configurations of the fiscal module in the Farma software.
- Provide advanced support related to SPED Fiscal, ancillary obligations and integrations.
- Ensure consistency in product registration, NCM, CFOP, CST, internal rules and other fiscal parameters.
- Perform validations and tests within the customer's environment, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Support the Level 1 (L1) team when needed, providing technical guidance on more complex cases.
- Record interactions, document procedures and highlight opportunities for product improvements.
- Assist in identifying recurring issues and collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Product and QA).
Requirements
- Experience in Tier 2 (L2) technical support or advanced support roles;
- Solid knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, etc.);
- Experience with SPED Fiscal and ancillary obligations;
- Knowledge of product taxation (NCM, CFOP, CST);
- Experience analyzing and configuring fiscal modules in systems/ERPs;
- Analytical ability to identify root causes of fiscal inconsistencies;
- Experience logging and documenting technical tickets.
