Work Closely with the regional operations team to provide guidance on policy and process knowledge of the region
Become a subject matter expert on Professional Services Enterprise (PSA tool)
Understand who the stakeholders are and build relationships with them
Provide guidance and support to the Sales teams when they have questions regarding invoicing process in completing SOWs and other bookings’ related information
Project data compliance to ensure smooth billings every month
Identify and organize subject matter experts to support change management requirements gathering
Create and deliver succinct, professional written and oral presentations to internal stakeholders at all levels
Apply a global mindset to all project planning efforts to ensure initiatives align organizationally
Requirements
18 months
36 months in related experience with a Bachelor degree
Experience with a major CRM system is a plus
Prior experience with financial and quantitative concepts
Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
