Provide strategic operational supervision for all receiving, production, shipping, and inventory control activities of the extrusion line.
Oversee and be accountable at operational facilities for safety, quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Perform routine operations on the extrusion line, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Monitor production results—volume and quality—to ensure that customer product safety requirements are met and within specifications.
Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and schedules.
Manage the department budget and performance.
Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations across all production processes.
Develop, supervise, and provide support to direct reports.

Bachelor's degree.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proven experience in extrusion operations.
Experience with end-to-end manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of methodologies and participation in continuous improvement projects.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and experience with audits.
Previous experience in team management and development.
Experience managing and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs).
Experience with ERP systems.
English and/or Spanish.
