About this role
Role Overview
- Learn, develop and optimize automated workflows with Power Automate
- Integrate various systems and data sources
- Develop solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps)
- Continuously expand existing Dynamics applications
- Use integrated AI modules and modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
- Collaborate with different business units and actively contribute technical and process-oriented perspectives in alignment meetings and discussions
Requirements
- Ideally, initial hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
- Interest in the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps; initial exposure is a plus
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field
- Enjoy understanding complex relationships and the ability to familiarize yourself with new processes
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and translate requirements into system logic in a clear way
- Strong interest in applying Artificial Intelligence in everyday work
