Manage the project budget throughout its lifecycle, including business case submission, budget control, order processing, and contractor cost settlement
Develop and manage ongoing bid strategies, analyzing outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives
Support management in overseeing project budgets and ensuring optimal allocation of funds
Provide financial insights to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency
Manage contractors and structural consulting service providers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Monitor expenses, analyze budget performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary
Prepare executive reports to support management in making informed financial decisions for project bidding
Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and audit requirements
Coordinate with stakeholders on invoice issuance, payments, procurement, and acceptance of projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Electronic/ Computer Network/ Telecommunications Engineering/ Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in ICT project, network engineering, budget or project cost control
Professional certificate in Project Management, such as PMP, is an advantage
Strong knowledge of ICT projects, budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Excel, VBA)
Able to motivate team members to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Understanding of industrial regulations
Able to work independently & under pressure
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
