Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for technical, specialized and leadership positions in engineering, architecture and infrastructure
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding technical, operational and business needs
Perform market mapping, talent intelligence and active sourcing/hunting for hard-to-find profiles
Develop and execute attraction strategies for large-scale projects and critical roles
Assess candidates’ technical skills, behavioral competencies and cultural fit
Support managers in defining requirements, structuring teams and making hiring decisions
Conduct competency-based interviews and technical assessments
Monitor recruitment KPIs (SLA, time to hire, quality of hire, turnover)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Work in compliance with internal policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
Familiarity with ATS platforms (Gupy, Hiring, LG, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Experience managing a high volume of positions for engineering and architecture teams
Experience with construction management and architecture companies
