Lead and drive profitable revenue growth and margin performance across the Express Services (APEX) portfolio.
Provide direct people leadership to a team of Account Managers, including mentor, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Own and lead commercial contract negotiations within established authority levels, including pricing structures, commercial terms, renewals, and amendments.
Ensure well-adapted account planning, opportunity management, and execution rigor across the sales organization.
Build and maintain strong, senior‑level customer relationships while proactively handling service performance and issues.
Partner closely with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to enable safe, reliable, and adaptable service execution.
Reinforce Air Products’ safety culture, commercial governance standards, and compliance requirements in all customer interactions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, or other significant commercial roles.
Experience in industrial gases, refining, petrochemical, pipeline, or related industrial markets strongly preferred.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including mentor and performance management.
Strong commercial skill with consistent record to negotiate sophisticated agreements.
