Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration, or vocational training in a business‑related field (e.g., office clerks, industrial clerks, IT systems clerks, ...)
Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
Initial experience in project management
Desire for continuous professional development and lifelong learning
Independent working style, high self‑motivation and strong organizational skills
Willingness to travel regionally
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
