Lead the Compliance area with a strong hands-on role in building processes, policies, and controls;
Work integrally across Regulatory Compliance, AML, and Internal Controls, ensuring a comprehensive view of the Lines of Defense, monitoring and execution;
Manage and conduct the Ethics Channel and internal investigation processes, including receipt, analysis, and routing of cases to the executive committee;
Review, draft, and update policies, internal regulations and procedures, ensuring adherence to external rules (Central Bank of Brazil
Bacen, AML, LGPD) and business needs;
Act as the primary technical reference on Central Bank regulation, reading, interpreting and translating rules into practical guidance for internal teams;
Strengthen governance between Compliance, AML and Internal Controls, ensuring clarity of roles, workflows and responsibilities;
Map, identify and assess area risks and controls in accordance with Resolution CMN 4557/17;
Participate in the review, monitoring and maintenance of the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS);
Monitor operational loss events;
Act proactively to identify and mitigate regulatory, operational and reputational risks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields);
Solid experience in Compliance, AML, Internal Controls and Integrated Risk in financial institutions, fintechs, Direct Credit Companies (SCD), Payment Institutions (IP) or environments regulated by the Central Bank (Bacen);
Deep knowledge of Central Bank regulation, with the ability to read, critically interpret and apply rules in practice;
Previous experience structuring or restructuring areas/processes from scratch or in transformation contexts;
Hands-on approach, especially in conducting investigations, managing the ethics/whistleblower channel and designing processes;
Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for four consecutive days, generally in the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
