Advising on and negotiating contracts
Managing contract negotiations with support from reputable law firms
Ensuring contract performance – including by engaged subcontractors
Supporting contentious disputes
Assisting with regulatory and public procurement matters
Preparing legal opinions and decision papers for management
Further developing our contract management
Participating in the establishment, implementation and development of our compliance and data protection management
Raising employee awareness through trainings on legal compliance topics

Fully qualified lawyer (First and Second State Examinations) or equivalent qualification
3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a commercial law firm or as in-house counsel, ideally with a focus on commercial/contract law
Solid knowledge in a B2B context
Initial exposure to the energy industry and/or energy policy topics is an advantage
Experience in public procurement law (Vergaberecht), compliance and project management is desirable
Structured, process-oriented and independent working style, with strong communication and teamwork skills
Confident user of MS Office
Good English skills (at least B2)
