About this role
Role Overview
Support in handling customer inquiries, quotes and tenders
Preparation of invoices in the ERP system and monitoring of incoming payments
Support with budget and forecast planning
Maintenance of the ERP and CRM systems
Organization of daily office operations
Management of calendars and scheduling of meetings
Travel planning and organization for colleagues
Requirements
Completed vocational training with a commercial or event-focused orientation
Some professional experience in the events industry is desirable
Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
Basic technical aptitude and curiosity for new ideas
Solid knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
Fluent German and English
